We are proud to offer a carbon-neutral stay, as our solar photovoltaic system is designed to generate all the electricity you need from the sun. Please review these important details before your stay: Accessibility: The guesthouse is located on the second floor and is accessed via an enclosed stairway. It is not handicap accessible. River Access: There is no direct access to the river from our property. The nearest public access points are at Gold Hill Park and another park at the end of our road. Health & Safety: We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol. Our professional cleaners deep clean and disinfect all surfaces between stays. Linens are provided for the number of guests registered on your reservation. Weather & Cancellation Policy: We do not offer free cancellation for inclement weather or poor air quality unless a Level 2 (or higher) fire evacuation notice is in effect or road closures prohibit travel. In such cases, we will refund affected nights. If the notice or closure remains for more than half of your stay, we will issue a full refund. All cancellations must be made by the guest through Airbnb. Permit: We are a county-permitted BNB and abide by the terms of our permit.

Rogue River View was very peaceful and private. We loved listening to the river from the house. The house was very clean and fully stocked with essential items we needed during our entire stay. Joe and Nancy were wonderful hosts! We would highly recommend this house if visiting the area!

The Rogue River Guesthouse was absolute perfection! The house is extremely clean and well maintained with comfortable beds and a well appointed kitchen. Our hosts were so welcoming and helpful. And the place is very convenient to Gold Hill and I-5. We are looking forward to staying here again next year!

This place just oozes peace! The house is located at the end of a long pvt. driveway on 40+ acres of wooded countryside above the Rogue. The main rm. is an open flr. plan. The mission style furniture is quite comfy as are the queen beds w/attractive bedding. There is plenty of drawers & closet space, good light and gentle cross breeze. We enjoyed the partial view of the river from the deck that runs the length of the house complete with chairs, coffee tables, a Weber & mechanically controlled sunshades. Everything is good quality and in excellent shape. We love the Weber on the deck, full-load washer & dryer and full kitchen. Our hosts were friendly yet respectful of our space. This was our 1st trip with our dogs. It smelled nice & there was no evidence of wear and tear. We watched just a touch of tv & enjoyed the soundbar & speakers. There really was no stone left unturned. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I have traveled to many places all over the world, staying in AirB&Bs, and this was by far the one that has met every criteria on the list. It was located in a beautiful area and the home was immaculate and peaceful. The hosts were onsite and incredibly welcoming and available and yet were respectful and allowed full privacy. Plenty of recommendations to explore the nearby areas from dining, wine tastings, hiking (trails very close by) and a multitude of other excursions ( we went horseback riding, had an amazing experience!). I would love to go back and stay here again!

Rarely you find a place that looks better in real life after many years of Airbnb. This is one of them. This house is thoughtfully designed and comfortably prepared for its guests. We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It is a cozy and inviting space! The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The hosts have considered nearly every detail you might need in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms. They provide a link with useful information, which was helpful. We truly felt at home. The sound of the river at night was priceless. The place offered great privacy, allowing for a genuinely relaxing experience. Thank you for making everything a breeze.

Absolutely loved staying here! We were greeted by Joe and Nancy! They were so thoughtful and asked if we needed anything from the grocery store. They left an activity box out for our kiddo and even accommodated a late check out. The home was beautiful, but the best part was listening to the river at night while we slept with the windows open. If you’re looking for a great getaway from the city with amazing hosts I 10/10 recommend!
